Request for information enables to get information about health and health care statistics, collection and publication of which Department of Health Statistics is responsible for.
Generally, a request for information is satisfied within five working days, beginning from the working day following the registration of the request.
If complying with the request requires additional processing of data or extra analysis, the deadlines for replying to the request are adjusted and the person making the request is notified.
If complying with the request for information is not possible, we will inform of it in five working days to specify the request.
A request for information concerning statistics about a separate health care facility has to be submitted together with the respective facility's official written clearance for issuing of data. Otherwise, the request for information is not complied with.
